Great location, little out of date. Have to hear about timeshare stuff while checking in that I’m not interested in but overall looks like one of the best options in that part of the beach. Great restaurant right in front of the place.

The staff wasn't familiar with the property rooms, if they had a balcony or not, we booked a balcony room, Not a big deal. We got there in the late evening there was nothing to do at the hotel, but nextdoor there was at Jimmy B's. When we got to the room we wanted to shower, there was no hot water. The front desk said they were going to email and let them know we had no hot water. In the morning we were woken up at 915am to fix the hot water, we asked them not to at that time, we then asked for a late check out, because we were inconvenienced, they wanted to charge us $20 an hour. After explaining the water, we were allowed to stay till 12 noon, mind you there was no one in the hotel, we asked the night before, and we're told they were pretty empty. After asking the service person not to come in the room till we checked out, he proceeded to come into our room and start to try to fix the water situation. As I was laying in bed. After that the cleaning crew, asked to clean, we explained we are resting and checking out at noon, she then proceeded to enter the room as my husband was completely naked and getting up to let staff know we didn't want to be disturbed. I was charged top dollar, in January, and always so disappointed. I'd never go back, because if they can't handle an empty hotel, I can only imagine how they are when the season is busy...
