A large-chain hotel where the staff are less than enthusiastic to assist. Well located to explore Genia. Rooms on the small side. I would make the effort to find somewhere more ‘personal’ next time.

Great hotel in excellent location

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect for a visit to Genoa. On the waterfront, very easy walking access to the train station, restaurants, shopping.
Cons: The addition of port racks in the room would be a huge benefit and preferably 2 of them.
Location: The location is perfect right near the aquarium, cafes and restaurants around the marina and within easy walking distance of just about everything.
We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed having a room with a balcony and view over the marina and a room that was quite spacious with an extra study/dressing area and extra balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities were very much appreciated. A very welcome platter of fruit was delivered to our room on the first night which we also enjoyed. Breakfast was adequate with reasonable choices. The reception areas of the hotel are quite dark and uninviting but is not reflected in the bright and airy rooms. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.
