I had to extend my visit by one day, I booked another day on expedia website, but mistakenly booked another La Quinta (the one in Springfield, OR), the young man at the desk called and cancelled that reservation and booked that extra day at the La Quinta in Eugene--that was great and this employee should be commended. I will book here again because of that.
