Parking is mostly underground and difficult to get into some spots. If someone is in your spot you have to go back to reception for a new assignment. On a busy street. If walking to the grocery, some may find the hill difficult. The unit is well appointed and quiet.

Positive: the staff is nice and friendly; and there is a laundry facility with coin operated washers and dryers for customers. That was great. Not so good: there is no air conditioning in our apartment, one room got very hot and we had to use a small fan to cool it down. That did not work well. Also, the carpet in the living room needs to be replaced.

Very close to the centre of Queenstown, only 10 to 15 min walk along the Lake. Bus stop in front of hotel. Beautiful self contained unit.

Good apartment
This was a good pick for our 2 night stay in Queenstown. We were in a self contained apartment with everything we needed including washing machine & dryer. We had a king sized bed that was comfy with good linen. TV in the bedroom. Big bathroom with a great shower! It was located a 10 min walk from the town - although it is up a hill! Undercover allocated parking which was free. We had a standard apartment and the entry was via a gate from the street. I was a little concerned about security and made sure we were locked up at night - we’d had our room broken into at night once before so we’re wary!

Our one-bedroom apartment with balcony has a great view of the lake and the mountains beyond. The bathroom and kitchen were both well-equipped and conveniently laid out, and the washer and dryer worked very well. We loved it
