Gorgeous Brand New Modern Farmhouse

This Board and Batten Napa Farmhouse sits on 2/3 of landscaped acreage to be completed by May 31st of 2020. This is the sister property to our 5 star VRBO listing #934646, just down the road. It is just 2 miles to the heart of Southampton Village and is surrounded by some of the most prestigious golf courses in the country, including Shinnecock Hills, Sebonac and National Golf Links. It is a short bike ride to the bay (we provide 4 bikes) and about 3.5 miles to the Ocean. With over 5000 sq ft of living space, this home is designed for 2 families to share or for extended family gatherings. Featuring 3 en suite Masters and 2 more bedrooms with 5 XL twins combined (with a shared hall bath with tub), there is space for the whole family ! In all, we have 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths.
Our gourmet kitchen features Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry and an
8' island with seating for four. The open kitchen/great room features a wood burning fireplace, TV and beautiful custom furnishings, all opening out to an expansive covered porch with mahogany flooring. A teak table for 10 and a lounge area with a wall mounted TV all overlook the fenced in pool and gated backyard. A BBQ is piped for gas and is just off the back porch.
Our finished basement has fabulous entertaining space with a large wall mounted TV and a half bath. There is an 8 foot pool table and movie themed framed art throughout. Our 2nd story includes an additional kids' rec room with TV and lounge area, perfect for watching movies.
The dining room features a custom 13 foot table with seating for 14 and a butlers pantry with bar and beverage center that connects the dining room to
the kitchen.There is a huge pantry off the kitchen for food and entertaining essentials...nothing has been left out here! This is a perfect home for entertaining on a grand scale or just with family and friends!
This property was fully installed in May with landscaping and pool to be completed by early June.
