I'd almost mve here 4 Hotel staff & Pach's staff.
5 / 5
At first glance this was a very old hotel, but we found out that is a good thing. It could use Some modernization in the kitchen and bathroom. Loved the huge tub. The shower was roomy. The furniture was dated, but being with the Polynesian theme, it was wonderful old school charm.
There were no dishes, silverware, glasses, dishwashing liquid, dish towels.
There is a restaurant that is at the back of the main hotel called Pach's place but it is only open from 6am to 2pm. The food was fantastic and super affordable for the sheer volume of it. The staff there felt like family after just two nights. You could feel the love in that place between staff and customers that have been regulars for a lifetime. The staff there provided us with a beer glass, and plastic utensil packs for our stay just on the promise to bring the glass back. They remembered us when we did. They had the best blintz's I've ever had and they were so plentiful that I could not have possibly eaten it all. Unfortunately we were leaving so I could not take it with me.
The pool is old school with a 9 ft deep end. Freaking awesome. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
