We arrived to check in only to be told that they had no rooms left although we had a confirmed reservation and that we had paid in full in advance. Also after paying our bill on checking out for incidentals etc, they have debited my credit card twice for incorrect charges. I have emailed their accounts dept. but other than receiving a message from them that they would reply within 24 to 48 hours I have heard nothing for 168 hours (7 days)
