If you're a female who would like to stand outside their property for 2 hours till 11pm at night by yourself, while they get themselves organised, this is the place for you. They will also steal your property you leave behind, I have called 4x in the past week to get back 3 dresses worth 2k, everytime I'm told someone will call me back, I'm now involving the police as this is blatant theft and they obviously they condone this behaviour, or they would have done something by now. Also if you don't like noisy trains, don't come here 🚂.

Nosy, with trains and bright lights shining in. People smoking in a non smoking building. Difficult to check in with parking, and carpark increfibly tight. Difficult to communicate with reception and mixed messages in comms. Furniture was very tired and worn.

I booked two apartments adjacent to each other. The floors of both apartments were filthy and left your feet black on the bottom. Neither apartment was stocked evenly/adequately - two much cutlery in one, none in the other, mugs in one, not the other, etc. Apartment 906 had two faulty air conditioners so we could not heat the room. The iron in both rooms was dirty and spat water. While this apartment is in an excellent location, it is disappointing that it is not stocked appropriately or kept in good maintenance. We were disappointed.

I stayed for a week and one reason I picked this place was for the spa, which didn't work at all. There was an a lot of plumbing noise at night from an adjacent unit.
