I booked online which was easy for two nights. I decided to stay an extra night and mentioned this at checkin. Apparently that was too hard to organise and was told i had to check out and then check back in. Too hard for me. I booked at the Hilton which was a far better experience. And where I will stay next time.

The hotel was awsome and staff went above and beyond. The dining in La Boca restaurant brekfast was not too bad although rather small selection for being a high end hotel. Dinner was ordinary as mains came out cold.

the stay was fine and the property was very well kept. the staff were polite and accommodating.
We chose your establishment as something special for our wedding anniversary. I emailed prior to the stay to request a bottle of champagne to be in the room on our arrive however this did not happen. a little disappointed that this did not occur.
Other than that the stay was enjoyable.
