This is probably below the standard I would expect from a Hilton but it is ok. Maybe others are used to the constant up sell but on check in, it would have been far more helpful if they explained how the place worked in terms of meal bookings etc rather than selling the Spa service to us. We had been recommended the hotel by our tour operator yet the hotel security wouldn’t let out operator collect is from reception - leaving us on the street - and when I complained they didn’t respond, or care when I did talk to someone eventually.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel - plenty of other options at this price point.
