Property was close to town. The location beautiful. Communication was excellent. Staff were lovely. Facilities at the caravan park were good. The particular type of accommodation we stayed in was tired looking, particularly the condition of the toilet.

We stayed in an Ocean Breeze Villa. Nice 2 bedroom cabin but vehicle parking is in a separate location. Not too far but still not next to the units as we like to park.

Cabin floor was quite dirty (we had black feet within 30mins after check in from walking on the cabin floor). We also found rubbish under the bed so unsure when they last moved the bed to clean under it. Facilities are great but as we were there during peak summer period there were a significant number of teenagers in the space doing flips on the pillow (regardless of signage) and taking over the space which made it less child friendly for my young girls. Would not suggest taking young children there during peak summer holidays. Some supervision from the team during peak period is probably a good idea for guest safety.
