I don't understand why this property is rated as a 5* property. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel is under renovation and it doesn't state that anywhere while booking it. The entrance to the hotel is on a dirt road. The carpeting in the hallways are dirty and old. There is no cafe or bar available in the lobby of the hotel. Very limited amenities.

Amazing rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. However, there was no common space to spend time with our friends. We had to hang out with each other in our rooms or at the 1 restaurant that was open. They did have multiple restaurants and bars, but the hours were super limited. We didn't even make it to the others because they were closed most of the time. Also, pictures had photos of cabanas by the pool, but there were none. Great hotel for a quick stopover in Delhi if you want to be by the airport, but wouldn't recommend staying for longer.

Beautiful property. Service is lacking. Everything from being able to arrange a car, to help with bags, to housekeeping banging on door while ringing bell. Wonderful potential however, as the decor, style and grounds are all top notch.

People go to a resort or hotel to relax, sit in the nature, We were not allowed to sit on the grass. Do not book here, unable to get taxis, and hotel charges an arm and a leg for a 10minute trip. Room key card did not work due to their error, advised will deliver to the room, had to call 3 times for the keycard. Got delivered the next morning, that too after a call.
