The property was quite adequate for our stay. Excellent for a small group of folks or family. Two bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen and in unit stackable laundry make it nice and convenient. Prepare for an unusual, arms length check-in. There will be a number posted on what had been an office door.

Great stay!
The inside facilities are excellent, spacious. The interior is very nice, exactly the same as the unit we stayed in years ago. My only suggestion would to have furnished regular coffee grinds to go with the coffee maker that was provided. Also, I did not receive (I think) the login procedure for entry, and it took a while for the property manager to find our reservation when we called about the entry code. Lastly, the exterior of the units seem to be in need of a paint job. All these are VERY minor issues; we very much enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

Conveniently located to restaurants. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms were comfortable. Staff were very service focused and helpful. Communication was immediate and directed. Pleased with the kitchen and washer/dryer.

Nice place to stay in Reno
Great facility. I was confused on how to check-in (I'm sure it told me in their description that I didn't read...). It is an unmanned facility and contact is by phone/text. Once check-in was solved, I found that it was a great place to stay (a bit dated, but I'm good with that).
