The hotel is in a good location with excellent grounds. The staff are friendly and helpful and doing their best. I think the hotel has poor upper management and needs an injection of cash from the Hilton group to bring the hotel up to the standard it deserves to be at.

Great location, hotel a bit tired

Lovely old building but rooms need to be updated. Floors creak and decor is a dated. However breakfast is nice and parking very convenient.

Shame on you Hilton

If you want to stay in a hotel that feels like a converted aged care facility then look no further! Seriously, our room had a pull chord next to the bed that, when mistaken for the light switch... set off an alarm, presumably for emergency response. After two unanswered calls to reception, we dragged our bags back to reception at which point we got the response "that explains the alarm"... OMG Our dinner took an hour to deliver and when arrived, it looked like it had spent the entire hour under the bay Marie. Zero stars Hilton. Stay away
