3-room apartment of 64 m², in the center of the picturesque village of SKRADIN. Located on the first floor of an old building of 2 floors, renovated in the tradition.
Very bright apartment, modern decoration and having all the conveniences to spend a pleasant stay.
- The 2 bedrooms are located in a quiet area to the east, on the garden side, with a large bed for two people and the other bedroom, two beds (the bedding is of high quality).
- Spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and a double sink.
- Kitchen open to the dining room.
- Private landscaped garden available, located on the lower level, courtyard side, with garden furniture, barbecue. Very pleasant spot, early in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner or an aperitif.

At the bottom of the steps, you will find all the shops:
Food stores, cafes, restaurants, baker, post office, ATMs, bank, etc.

Bike and canoe kayak rental on site. Possibility of rafting. diving in the KORNATI islands

An exceptional site, the KRKA Falls National Park is very easy to access, you can get there by bike, on foot, or by shuttle boat, departing every 30 minutes.

My family and me had a great stay in the apartment. It is nice, clean, very well equipped with towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies,… It’s near shops, restaurants, bars,… The host gave us all necessary information and made collecting and handing over the keys of the apartment easy. I would definitelly recommend this place.

Beautiful Apartment
Great Location for touring the National Park and close to A1 for traveling the coast. We didn't realize that the boat to the National Park water falls leaves right from the marina in town so it was very convenient. Plenty of easy free parking right outside our front door with a little market and bakery two or three doors away. Everything is within walking distance including many great restaurants. The apartment has quality furnishings and linens. Loved the rain shower! Thank you so much

Hidden Gem
We stayed two nights in mid July. Perfect location for exploring. Close to many restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment was furnished to a high standard and was incredibly clean. Communication with owner was efficient and I can fully recommend this place.

Très bel appartement au coeur du village
L’appartement est très bien situé au cœur même de Skradin un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du port. L’appartement est agréable, lumineux et très bien équipé (il y a même une bibliothèque avec quelques livres en français). Il est à noté que l’espace extérieur n’est hélas pas en liaison directe avec l’appartement, mais c’est un maigre défaut. Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour dans cette région de Skradin et du parc de Krka. Un grand merci à l'efficace Nina (la personne qui s’occupe des clefs) qui nous a dépatouillé de quelques situations périlleuses.

Very nice apartment in a lovely small town!
We had a nice stay and a good introduction by the friendly owner Karla. The room was clean and modern and had everything you could wish for. Only few minutes from the National Park. Would recommend for anyone!
