Dear Vun, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your stay at The Donnington Manor. I am so pleased that you enjoyed a comfortable stay and found the rooms clean and comfortable. I am sorry that you felt unnerved by our Maintenance team being present when you checked in to your room. While I appreciate this must have been a surprise, we do ask all vacant rooms to be checked incase bulbs are missing etc. I would like to sincerely apologise that a member of staff opened the door. We have taken this matter very seriously and have reiterated our privacy policy to our entire team.
