Closest to perfect. The only minor thing was the shower which has an additional waterfall shower that kept dripping cold water. Service was outstanding and the guest relations went above and beyond their duties. Staying here next time. :) thanks Hennessy

The inclusions were fantastic and ensured that all were satisfied. The facilities were great including the swimming pool, sauna, gym and steam room. All ataff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Perfect position to Orchard road shopping...glass pool on the 12th floor, free breakie,nibbles during day,lunch and dinner. Very friendly staff nice to just sit around indoors when it's raining outside. Enjoy our room and stay. Would return

Fantastic hotel in a quiet location within easy walk to all the Orchard Rd shopping area. Excellent customer focused facility, catering very well to visitors wanting an easy holiday in Singapore.

The amenities were great. Gym is ok nothing special but it’s got a good sauna and pool.
The set up with breakfast is great and the cocktails and light dinner is substantial so don’t worry about not getting enough.
Staff were extremely friendly
And because we stayed more than 2 nights we got a piece of laundry each per day!
Would stay there again 100%
