Bonjour! Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback. I would like to apologise for the lapse and any inconvenience caused. We take your feedback seriously thus; I have shared it to all as it serves as a learning point for us to continuously improve the quality of our services as well as take the necessary preventive measures. I understand your disappointments for the level of service that was not up to your expectation. However, I am sad and find it quite uncalled for to comment something close to my heart - our Ambassadors as ‘friendly stupid staff’ and the resignation of the management. I had my full trust in my team whom relentlessly trying their best to maintain the Hotel’s standards and most importantly, our guests’ experience. Just to let you know that we have prior updated in our website, all third parties distribution channels (since late last year) and our reservations’ confirmation letter about our renovation works and this may unfortunately have been inadvertently missed out. Even when the renovation works which are currently on-going, we are cautiously working to keep disruptions to a minimal. We also provide alternative facilities in replacement to areas that are temporarily affected. Thank you again for sharing. I am optimistic that despite some of the unfortunate shortfall, with your kind generosity that I can look forward to better serve you again once we are Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa by end of the year.
