The air conditioner is too cold and you can’t adjust the temperature yourself! The quilt was too thin. I asked for an extra quilt and was given a thin blanket!

This is an easy option when you know you need a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and shower lovely. I wish it wasn’t so expensive. Plus although we used existing bedding in the twin room (myself and two teens) and I had to spend an extra $70 for the 12 hours booked. However this did include a meal. If I had the same time in transit I’d book again.

Ok for a stay in the airport. Gym is horrible and the pool is packed. Not worth the money if you are willing to go out. I wish I did.

five out of six meals did not arrive
The air conditioning in our room (it seemed to be centrally controlled) was very cold and rather noisy. Two of our three rooms did not receive the wake-up call. Five of the six meals had not arrived after 40 minutes at which time we had to leave to catch the plane.
