Pros: Value for the price. many choice of breakfast. resort living ambiance. 3 big pools with 1 come with slide.
Cons: Toilet some got sticky floor.
Location: 20 mins to JB and legolan
Facilities: 3 huge pools.got slide; Value: Worth it. breakfast good;

Cons: In-house movie theatre, always showing old movies.

Pros: Relaxed, pleasant and idyllic surroundings , probably due to low season
Cons: Poor accessibility from surrounding areas to hotel, lack of signage. had to make a long detour from the university town pasar malam back to the hotel.
Location: Nice position
Facilities: Typical; Value: Moderate; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Lovely; waited a long time for dinner at hotel restaurant; however, waiter gave a complimentary glass of avocado juice as apology for late service.nice touch!

Pros: Kids were happy with the 3 pools. Spacious room, facilities (gym, theatre, spa, reading room..) are great but definite crying for maintenance.
Cons: Service should definitely be improve. Long wait for everything, no towels, under staff service crew. Scheduled movies don't run on time while there.
Location: Accessible
Value: Reasonable; Food reasonable. Mushroom soup at gleneagle was great and extremely good value for money.
