I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with a dead fly present, and the shower area was in poor condition. Despite paying a hefty $820 for a two-night stay and specifically booking an ocean-view room, we were placed in the basement where trees obstructed any view. The customer service was far from friendly, and it was disheartening to have to climb to even catch a glimpse of the ocean for my kids. Overall, the condition of the room and the unmet expectations made our stay truly unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Beware of the term ‘Villa’
Room (Gold Villa) was not as we had come to expect for an RACV resort. Holidayers beware, the off site Villas would better be described as caravan park type Cabins, very old and very far away from the resort. No room service available either unfortunately.
