The hotel room walls were very dirty and looked like they had not been clean in a while. There was hair found on the counters, tv stand and bed. The fridge was not cleaned and had food particles not clean.

Our stay was just one night. The room was clean and had all the amenities you would want in such a small space. It was pretty noisy, but I should have guessed it would be that way considering the location

The young man took this in was wonderful! Very personable. Good sense of humor. Really enjoyed our check-in experience. He was also very helpful when it came to bring us up some paper clips so we could shut our drapes better as they didn't close all the way. Loved the Continental breakfast. The selection I feel was better than others.

I stayed at Quality Inn 2 weeks ago. The rooms were fine, my issue was with the SERVICE. They charged me twice for my room. On the day of check-out, the front desk lady asked me for my credit card info again for filing purposes, and assured me that I would not be charged a second time. Lo and behold I checked my credit card statement and I was charged twice. I gave them a call 11 days ago and they said they would refund me, however this has not happened yet! I also live in Canada so I was charged $10 for that phone call, and I still didn't get my money back! This is terrible service and I will be filing a dispute.
