Where to start. Rooms had a disgusting musty mildew smell that when we arrived we asked to be moved to another room which was just as bad. It was so bad that I got sick from the smell and we went to another hotel I could t stay another night. The staff were lovely Mary the concierge went out of her way the breakfast lady and the ladies at the front desk were so nice. It seems to me they know they have problems but management don’t care. The doors didn’t close properly it was so unsafe and the amount of dust behind the beds, tv, and cabinets was horrible. My first room the cover sheet had stains and no towels we had to ask for towels. People work hard for a holiday and to pay for hotels the least management can do is have the rooms and property kept clean. Spend some money on the upkeep its disgusting and please don’t write back and tell me you’re sorry cause nothing will get done save your sorry and look after the clients who spend money to stay there. I was sick for 3 days my holiday was ruined cause of your accomodation bloody disgusting. Rip those carpets out cause the stench of mould and mildew is disgusting. The filters in the bathroom, AC and outside were so dirty. Get your act together!!!!
