Ring missing, not a good outcome
The hotel was great right up to when we inadvertently left a small silver ring on the bathroom counter and did not put it in the safe with the other valuables. Our overlook, when we returned late afternoon the ring was missing after the room cleaning. Just because it was left out, it should not have been missing. When brought this to the management’s attention, they basically blamed us for not putting it in the safe with the other valuables and said they would check into it with security and their camera system and email us. 5 days, nothing. Very disappointed in the fact that the ring is missing and management’s response 👎.
