The staff and service at Hotel Zoe's was great. The bar, lounge area and outdoor courtyard are lovely, and the adjoining restaurant was outstanding. The common areas (eg, lifts, corridors, etc) need updating. The room itself was pleasant enough, not the most up to date decor but comfortable, compact but sufficiently spacious. However, the walls were paper thin, every sound in the corridor and adjoining rooms could be heard. The 'courtyard' view was also of a brick wall.

The property was in a grratvarea within walking distance of many landmarks. Most tour companies offered pick ups from hotels including Hotel zoe. I knew about the resort fee so it didn't come as a surprise however noting that there was no tea and coffee in the rooms and the coffee the lobby was for a limited time only, I suggest making the coffee available 24 hours as I was usually up and gone on a tour before 6am. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others, just make sure you read up and know what you are paying for so there are no surprises.
