Muddy water from the faucet. Then, no water at all. Toilet easily clogged once. Shower was clogged upon arrival and remained clogged during stay. Plastic laundry bags in closet would be appreciated. Free water bottles was nice! The door keys would easily deactivate and had to be activated every day. More vegetarian options during breakfast would be appreciated, non-dairy milk options would be a great addition too.

La habitación estaba limpia pero el baño no, la ducha estaba sucia con pelos por todos lados, el piso yo creo no lo habían barrido o trapeado en un buen tiempo, los primeros días solo nos dieron 1 botella de agua siendo que éramos 2, El buffet fue muy rescatable cambiaban algunos de los platos todos los días, y el personal fue muy eficiente. El hotel es de fácil acceso ya que está en una avenida principal, se puede conseguir un taxi muy fácil, el parque de la marimba está a 2 cuadras (aunque está cerrado por remodelación hasta diciembre del 2023).
