Very clean & Friendly
Wonderfully comfortable! The employees were very friendly & check in was quick! Our tv control wouldn't work and someone came right away to help, although it still didn't work. They offered to switch us to another room which we declined because we were already in pajamas & tired. Breakfast was so-so. Overall, we would stay here again.

Emergency near hospital
Our son was in the Bay McLaren Hospital in critical condition..We stayed two times and both times were great. Breakfast was a plus as we were stressed and didn't know the restaurant businesses close by. Thank you Hotels.com
