We stayed for a night and it was great, friendly staff, comfy bed, great location with a view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Horrendous greeting my male staff,
Really passive aggressive.
Loud and not relaxing at all. Walls must be really thin because you can hear everything in the next room.
Couldn't pay me to stay again.

Customer review over the years can back our approach and the product, named Park Ridge Retreat.All walls are rendered double brick walls, that should retain noice level.With regards to your incidnet with our front desk person, that has been working with us for the duration of our oporation. As we understand you refused to coporate when you was asked for credit card details as a secuirty. This is a measure that applies across all accommodation providores in australia. There was no aggression on our behalf, but just trying to explain our house policies. Again we are sorry you feel this way, and wish you all the best.
