When we we arrived we were given upstairs room. Due to health issues no good. We booked paid for Delux / Superior room because of extra big bed as other half 6ft 7 and extra leg room required. We were given a different room not a problem apart from small bed.Room 10. One of us has not had much sleep because other could not get comfortable due to feet hanging off bed!!!. Very short staffed. Getting served at bar was not a easy task lol. ON the plus side The housekeeping staff afe amazing went above and beyond. Room spotless and becaue it had been set up for 1 person they were very quick to supply extra towels tea coffee milk. The young girl Gemma who hosted breakfast was very professional nothing was to much trouble made sure everyone was happy with there breakfast and had received everything they required. We shall be back again next year hopefully in right room. Regards Sharon milligan

A friendly stopover
All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had opted for a cheaper room so didn’t have double glazed windows and a few extra comforts. The hotel is a short walk to an excellent pub for dinner. Breakfast was exactly what we asked for and was very tasty. On the whole we were pleased with this accommodation.

Receptionist did not speak much English, but checked in okay. Every floor has heating on full blast. Stayed Oct-Nov and was sweating sleeping over the covers. Lots of dust and cobwebs in the room and towels were stained. Probably won’t stay again unless desperate. But rooms are very cheap. I imagine staying in the main building and not the outside buildings would be more pleasant and would certainly say that’s where the pictures are taken from.
