Check-in staff member was indifferent and disinterested. I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment twice and staff seemed to view me as a chore.The $200 security deposit should be highlighted when booking accommodation. $200 is excessive and you take far too long to refund it. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
