Parking instructions for the hotel given were very unclear. We were unfamiliar with the area and this was very frustrating and should have been easy. We should have been advised the parking was off Edwards st (so easy!). The see through toilet panels were unnecessary. It was difficult to get proper lighting anywhere in the room to apply makeup. That being said, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, the room was modern and functional and the staff service was excellent. Proximity to the Lyric theatre and Darling harbour is very close and so was great for our overnight stay.
