When reservations made, requested that all rooms be together; upon check-in discovered could not be done and no changes could be made as sold out. We not only were not close to each other, we were all on different floors (4 rooms in group).
My room (#201) was less than clean with mildew/mold in bathroom; shower curtain was torn, so unable to use shower; evidence of used syringes in dresser drawer. In addition, no refrigerator or microwave in room (all others in group had these amenities). Furniture beat up and not up to normal standards (based on many stays, both business and pleasure) in that beat up and scarred; chairs stained.
Guest had spilled large amount of water and ice cubes in one of elevators, causing hazard. This was reported to front desk multiple times; finally, someone gathered up several towels to mop up and left pile of towels in elevator until next day. Piles of general trash left in hallway in front of elevators.
Breakfast Buffet provided with undercooked sausage.
