I booked on Wotif this hotel and they did not answer any calls I made to make special arrangements. Wotif rep Ronoldo tried and also could not contact them so agreed to cancel…..since then I have heard nothing or seen the refund……. Not very good at all from Wotif or Parkview I am still waiting out of pocket!!!

The carpark was gross! Rubbish everywhere and a skip over flowing. Then a truck arrived at 4.50am to empty it. Woke up with such a fright, it was very very loud. Pipes in the bathroom were very loud when another room was using water. Spa bath didnt work. However the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the reception was friendly.

Rung to say my check in time would be later and to leave a key and got no answer. This was before the stated time for final check in. Refused a refund therefore no longer a client of this booking service
