I am sorry I could not rate it better, would be higher if: windows, curtains and air conditioner were cleaned, carpet steam cleaned to get rid of stains, kettle cleaned out to get rid of brown/black residue - boil some white vinegar with water in kettle and rinse. Suggest get brown linen if can't whiten sheets and towels. Fan makes clacking noise or maybe the air conditioner. Very hot in hallways and bedroom when arrived.

Thank you for providing a review and we are sorry for the experience. Upon checking the room, someone had played a prank and turned the water taps nearly off which reduced the pressure. We are sorry that we were not made aware of this as it was a very easy and simple fix.
