Signs of wear and tear in certain areas but over all a great place to stay. Right in the centre of all the action. View from balcony was superb. Friendly staff Strange that reception is on 2nd floor with so much space on ground floor. Lifts annoying as they dont show what floor you stop on.

- Easy & informative booking process via Wotif. - 3 bedroom apt with ocean view was well priced via Wotif. More expensive on other platforms. - Easy check in process. No queue although this was off peak. Friendly professional staff. - Well presented hotel. Clean. Logical layout. Indoor & outdoor pool areas, sauna, steam room, spa, lounge areas, gym, change rooms herb garden. - Indoor pool area not busy during our stay but outdoor pool area was. Would be very crowded during peak times. - Lifts were slow and some construction/commercial dryers in operation during our stay. Wasn't a huge inconvenience. - Free basement parking space was great. - 3 br ocean view apt was clean except for some poorly cleaned kitchenware & some old carpet stains. - The view from anywhere in the apt was absolutely stunning, particularly from the large private balcony facing the beach. - Large kitchen well appointed. - Large well appointed bathroom & ensuite incl spa. - Well furnished lounge & dining incl TV, soundbar & free wifi. - One of the supposed king beds was in fact 2 singles pulled together. - Balcony light flickering. - Very much appreciated the small gift & balloons left in the room to celebrate a birthday. The hotel took the time to review & action the additional requests/notes in the original booking which was pleasing to see. - Situated extremely close to the main shopping district & most crucially across the road from the beach. - We had a wonderful stay & will be back soon.

Some up keep needs to be done. Lifts. 1 lift button did not work for the duration of our stay. Lifts would "hang" on floors and the wait for a lift at times was painful. You place "Do not Disturb" on your door and house keeping would ring you to see if they could access the room. For the money, we won't be staying there again. There is nothing special or stand out about this place.
