The BEST hotel by the lake with VIEWS !!

The best experience ever. We went to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was excellent! We would have never asked for anything more. From the staff to facilities everything was PERFECT!! The only thing I would suggest is just to have parking closer or more accessible please. A part from that it was worth the time and money!

Great place to relax with a great view

The location of the hotel is out of the main town, but there are a few decent places to eat within the hotel. The room was very nice - the relaxation room had the added benefit of an outdoor spa. It was right near the lake front which was nice, but people walking past can see you so it's not as private as I imagined. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel with amazing views, close to Queenstown, with shuttle bus service into town, friendly helpful staff , awesome place , can't recommend highly enough. Down side was I didn't do my homework & paid a mint for transfers to hotel when it only about 1k from airport. And would have liked to have more local kiwis working there & to see a bit of kiwi tradition.

Pros: Lovely location and good pool
Cons: Room needs a slight refresh
Overall good but there were a few signs that the room needed a refresh - paint scuffs etc.

Once in a lifetime experience

Pros: The staff, the location, the view, in-room facilities, everything.
Cons: The pricing of food was a bit steep.
Location: Arrowtown, Cadrona, Wanaka, Glenorchy, Lake Whakatipa
It was an incredible experience. The hotel was second to none, the location is breath taking and the overall experience we have talked to everyone about when we got back. The booking process was really simple and had absolutely no issues

Beautiful stay

What an incredible hotel in a picturesque location. If we had our time again we would stay closer to town, but if you don’t mind waiting for the shuttle bus or paying for the water taxi then this will be perfect for you.

Easy access to City

Pros: The room was very comfortable, and bed was ultra comfortable.
Although out of the township, using the water taxi or the shuttle bus means it's easy access to the town. So much to do in Queenstown.
