Comfortable hotel in centre of Queenstown.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Crowne Plaza. Centrally located in the city and opposite the harbour with its lovely restaurants, bars and picturesque prommenade. The hotel staff were relaxed and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Queenstown NZ.

right in town can walk everywhere

Pros: close to town but also with stunning views - we were on the 7th floor which was the top floor overlooking the lake and mountains.
Cons: larger beds is a must
Location: central town so easy to go out for dinner or to the shops
I rate the hotel as excellent the only down side was the small beds - they were double sized but could be larger - there is room for wider beds. The facilities in the room e.g coffee machine were greatly appreciated. The food was excellent. The small beds would put us off returning which is a shame, but a good and comfortable nights' sleep is important.

Nice lakeside hotel

Pros: Location, views and staff.
Cons: Adjoining rooms can be a little noisy. Also need gluten free options on the menu.
Location: Skiing, hiking, jet boating, cruising and everything else Queenstown has to offer is conveniently located close by.
Very nice lakeside hotel. Good lobby and restaurant downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views of lake and mountain. Very good central location.

Dear Joe, Thank you for your fantastic review of the Crowne Plaza Queenstown. Indeed our staff and location are what we think the shining stars of our hotel. As mentioned, we are very central to access all the main attractions and restaurants. I appreciated your comments regarding the connecting rooms. We endeavor to have families in these rooms and as there is a door in between, they sound proofing is different, but it is well noted. I hope we get the chance to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, Steven Stanley Duty Manager
