After given keys which did not access our room we went back to reception for new key cards. This time we had a concierge come with us. The keys worked this time to allow us to burst in on someone who already had the room. Completely unacceptable for both parties. Hotel management 101. After apologies we were given a drink draft beer or wine voucher? Absolute crap.We needed more nights accommodation in Queenstown but won’t stay here.
