Very in need of upgrade in unit. Very uncomfortable lounge chairs worn out. Bed not up to scratch. One toilet only and upstairs not too good for older people. Just tired kitchen capitals not closing etc.

Disappointing accommodations. “Free WiFi” is free for one hour a day (or 250 Mb), but you can buy more time/data at the office. You’re provided with two rubbish bags and minimal toilet paper. Similarly, minimal cleaning products like dish and hand soaps are provided, but you can buy more of all of these items at the office. Do you see a pattern? Our unit had no Air Con, and was in tough shape (finish worn off the hardwood floors, peeling paint, scuffed walls, etc). The weekend was full of construction noise from the in-progress weekend warrior renovation of the unit across the courtyard. The units are very close together, and with no Air Con, everyone has their windows and doors open, resulting in disturbing noise from the neighbors’ events. Parking is also a bear (narrow carport stalls which aren’t very close to the units). The good: the pool, albeit small, was enjoyed by the kids. Also, the taste of the food offerings at on-site restaurant, Whales Way, as well as the service, was great! We’d recommend going for the early bird menu, and make sure you get the cured meat plate as a starter.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. The WiFi is only $2.00 for a day or $6.00 for the week. The free hour is usually enough to check emails and we find many people have their own for anything more. As for the amenities, we provide a starter pack. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase from the local supermarket. You certainly do not have to purchase from us. None of our villas have air conditioning but do have ceiling or pedestal fans and usually a nice sea breeze. The works being performed were from a tradesman from the mainland and, whilst we prefer no work to be carried out on weekends, sometimes it is unavoidable. Once again, I am sorry you were disappointed in your accommodation.

Thank you for your review. None of our villas have air-conditioning but we usually get a lovely sea breeze. I'm not sure why you felt the layout was not suitable for children. We like to think we are a family friendly complex. Perhaps it was the internal stairs?
