Everything was awesome just as before. I am a patron of Fairmont and I stay in the Fairmont hotels v often. Fairmont Gold was a bit underwhelming. Gold lounge used to be par excellence, but not any more!

This hotel was nice. The room was very basic - the photos do not represent what you get. The bathroom feels a hundred years old. The pool was fun, and made the stay worth it. Very expensive for what you get.

Good place, best service ( compare other hotels we visited recently). Nice staff, everyone smile, and the poor is so good, always have fruit water to drink (lobby and gym ). Will visit again.

Friendly people and comfortable bed.
The staff were friendly. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. We just thought the tub was terrible. It desperately needs a replacement. It was tiny and scratched up and this was an upgraded room. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The amenities were nice but the steam room didnt work. Overall we liked it but wouldn't stay there again, perhaps a different Fairmount for the price would be better. We didn't really enjoy our dinner at the Arc. Food services was very slow. My steak was over cooked and the cut did seem like a striploin, more like a sirloin. A bit dry and the food was bland. There was a sauce on the side but it was very rich and just tasted like butter. The live music was great but when the music stopped, there was just awkward silence in the background, until it started again.
