The perfect place to stay if you are looking for the traditional old European feel. A great location to walk anywhere in the old Quebec City.

Perfect location! The rooftop hot was spectacular but I think dirty as the water was very cloudy. Everything was confusing upon check in we were told when we dropped off our stuff to see valet at our building as we walked around aimlessly for awhile we called for them to say we had to go back to the main building, which was annoying and upon checkout we called for our car then checked out to watch this younger lady with her feet up and on her phone(even while talking) we asked if anyone needed our tag for valet she said no it’ll be a few minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes if not more we went in to 3 staff members on their phones and no one told valet we needed our car. Pretty disappointing

Hotel is in old Quebec, centrally located to places we want to explore. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only time we took transpo is when going to/from airport(20-30 mins drive). And when we took city and ice hotel tour separate days. It's an old but cute hotel, i don't mind. Had a spacious room with 2 double beds. And staff welcomed us with a bottle of wine. No elevator so pack smartly. There's still snow when we went so we had large luggages. It was a struggle. Rooms has thin walls and ceilings, i could hear everything, even the flashing of the toilet. Felt like we're in the same room. Hard to sleep at night especially when other guests going up and down the stairs with their heavy feet. Can management do something about it to lessen/ minimize the noise? Love to go back and stay here again only if....
