Great hotel, convenient location

Great hotel, well appointed room and breakfast facilities. Room service late at night was very poor - slow and delivered cold.

Pros: Nice big comfortable room
Cons: Porter watching my girlfriend carry a heavy bag up the stairs.
Location: Good proximity to airport
Facilities: Only a o/nite stay; Value: Fair price; Service: Unhelpful, Porter ignored us.; Cleanliness: Lacking, Blood stain in bed; Close to airport

Pros: We had had a long day travelling from Australia and this was the perfect place to come for the night. One of best hotels I have stayed at in 40 years.
Cons: We couldn't stay longer as we had to fly to Surat Thani the next morning.
I've stayed at Pilazzo Versace on the Golds Coast and this is better. We will come back sometime.

Pros: Nice room and wide variety of breakfast spread
Cons: Valet parking jockey not on standby all the time. Public parking are hidden from view, thus felt insecure.
