Really nice place, good security. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Good wifi in the room. Room was nice and big and clean. They even provided a van from the hotel to the airport free of charge. Would for sure stay again

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. We arrived late at around 2300. Before arriving, I have sent a message saying that we would arrive late as we would be traveling from El Nido to Puerto Prinsesa so we opened already the channel of communication. When we arrived in the property, the guard wouldn’t let us in, because he didn’t know we were arriving. When we finally got in there’s no front desk, no manager, only the building guard ( different from the one in the gate). Nobody knows we were arriving even though we booked the stay months ahead. We were waiting until 0130 the following day before they could find a room for my pregnant wife, and two other friends. They gave us one deluxe room and one suite room to compensate. When my wife and I arrived in the suite room there were blood stained on the bed sheets, sand/dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor. No warm/hot shower as claimed by property. No towels for me and my wife so I wasn’t able to take shower on our overnight stay. The air conditioner’s dials are broken. The following day before checkout, there was no manager until 10am, but I felt the need to vent out everything so I asked the staff to call their manager so she came at 0930 after 3 calls. So with all honesty, I won’t recommend this property.
