I can't comment on the property at all since my travel plans changed and I never was able to stay there. However, I can comment on the hotel's Customer Service or lack thereof. It was next to impossible to get a live person at the hotel to cancel or rebook the reservation, whether emailing the hotel or calling various phone numbers directly or trying to coordinate communications through Orbitz Customer Service. I have yet to receive a reply to my inquiry.
