Room was very noisy due to traffic. Toilet leaked. Chair was broken. Advertised that there was a dining room - no dining room available. Welcome pack was appreciated.

Great little place to stay in Irvine
We got here and recieved a complimentary basket full of goodies - all on the house! There was a microwave, coffee/tea facilites and good tv all in the room which was a brucey bonus as we never expected all of that for the money we paid. Very affordable. Great location for the golf courses nearby which was our primary reason for staying here. All in all very happy :)

Nice guest house .
I love where it is situated off the Main Street and the appearance of the guest house. Also the way that you can come and go with the entry system. The thing that spoiled my night was that there were a bunch of lads had come into a room directly below mine and they were talking all night basically. There is obviously no sound proofing between the top/bottom floor! Otherwise it would have been a pleasant stay.
