I checked in to the property to find the sliding glass doors were open on a cold autumn day. Once I closed the doors I realised why they were open. I could smell cigarette smoke. The shower would go between scalding hot and freezing cold without touching the tap. The sheets were stained and looked dirty. There was tea and coffee making facilities but no milk of any description. I wouldn't have booked this if it was for more than a place to sleep after a night out with friends. The receptionist on the front counter needs to work on their customer service skills!

The apartment was well appointed and was comfortable. It felt like we were at home. The staff were friendly and helpful making our stay even more enjoyable.

Property is not value for money. The furniture quality was poor. My tv broke that required me to move rooms, bed was uncomfortable. I returned to my room to find people in my room without my permission. Housekeeping had not been told my check out time so I was interrupted my house keeping 45min before check out. I was told to register for an app prior to check was asked to give my personal information, only to be told at check in the app is no longer in use. Will not be staying there again
