between cbd & st kilda - great loction.

Pros: location and view and quiet
have stayed at Pullman a couple of times and love the hotel. Dissapointed in room service trays being left outside other rooms for up to 2 days. They were there on arrival and there when we left.

The Staff Are Awesome

Extremely friendly staff who go out of there way to help you. My wife is pregnant and whilst staying at the Pullman was experiencing bad morning sickness. Fresh ginger helps her relieve the pain, without any trouble room service spoke with the kitchen and organised it quite late at night. Nothing was a problem.

One night stay

Pros: Good access and easy to check in. Coffee shop was very good and very attentive staff.
Cons: If you(the hotel) ask a guest for "any requests" then they should be met without issues, other wise no point in asking. Same mistake both times??
Location: Both times we were there for Funerals near St Kilda road, so no sight seeing was done.
Very capable and friendly staff and nice place to stop, if needing to be in Melbourne. Easy parking and access to reception .Stayed twice but had the same issue both times. I requested 2 x singles as I was with my sister both times. But each time they had a queen made up and we had to go and ask Staff to split beds. Not a big deal but if it happens twice then it seems like no one reads the requests.Small issue but could and should be avoided. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices from traditional bacon and eggs to fresh fruit blended juices. Dinner was limited not enough choice for those that aren`t traditional meat eaters. I wouldn`t have dinner there again. Very expensive with limited choices. Overall a good place to stay but next time would go and get takeaway and save the money for another day.

Good location, nice walk around albert park

Coffe cups and towels to small. TV was locked with captions and staff did not know how to disable apart from one English staff member on the front counter. That was to late as it was chek out time.

Parking

I arrived and was told top park my car around the corner in the car park. It was 3pm. I did so and left the hotel at 4:45 pm and had to pay $20 for less than two hours in the car park. Pullman rates itself as a 5 star hotel and yet I'm forced to pay $20 for 2 hours of parking. Never staying there again

The staff were fantastic. After a slight hiccup with being given the wrong room the rest of our stay was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend The Pullman
