I am a long time Hilton honors member and was told at check in I was not entitled to any of my benefits and would get no credit for my stay because I booked through Expedia. The odd thing is I didn't ask. The HVAC unit in the room would only operate for 2 minutes and then shut down for 10, all night long. Breakfast was typical and morning staff were friendly and accommodating.
