Don't get caught out
Can't really say much about the hotel myself but one thing to be wary of hotels.com I discovered today I booked this property late last night hotels.com let me book this so didn't think much of it until I arrived at the hotel I couldn't call them the number was dead the door bell I rang but no answer. I emailed but no answer It the small Print it says on hotels.com that last check in is 8pm so I was told by hotels.com as I result I was left out in the pouring rain and had to walk around pretty late at night hoping for an alternative. I've probably lost money as a result but please be aware of check in times because you can't get through to anyone at the particular hotel so it appears and you will lose money as hotels.com will let you book it and pay for it even if you can't get in and the hotel owner will not honour it at all or even reply to your emails

I didn't dislike any aspect of the property, the host Wendy was absolutely fantastic, would happily recommend the property to anybody and if visiting Plymouth again will look for any vacancies here

Booked overnight stay as close to Plymouth pavilions and me were going to see loose women live tour, place was perfect for what we needed! 🥰 Lovely comfortable atmosphere, owner very welcoming. Rooms clean and with everything needed I.e towels, tea coffee facilities hairdryer shower and toiletries. Breakfast is all cooked fresh and was lovely including choice of cereals yoghurts fruits etc. would definitely book to stay again when going out In Plymouth for the evening 😍 Thank you Wendy for a lovely breakfast and overnight stay ☺️☺️
