This property has a old world charm with convenient access to the main street. The staff are very helpful and provided great hospitality. The only draw back is off street parking which is always full outside the property.

Unfortunately Easter time is an extremely busy period on Phillip Island, and our close proximity to the centre of town does mean the parking is tight. We do offer our guests the choice of parking off street in the driveway. We look forward to seeing you again sometime.

A wonderful three night stay. Simonne looked after us so well, communicating with us prior to arrival, suggesting places and eateries to visit and providing all the niceties for breakfast complete with bubbly in the fridge and a cheese platter. The room was clean and we wanted for nothing. Highly recommended.

Host was awesome!!! Provided some lovely snacks and champagne on arrival actually best ever treats! We even got extra time at no expense:) we would return for sure… gardens beautiful as well :)

Had an absolutely lovely time in the Fernery. Gorgeous house and garden, friendly staff. Great location, 5 stars would definitely recommend.
